Q "Connect" can not be selected as in the manual on the OpenVPN menu.

A The OpenVPN icon turns green when a VPN connection is established. If the color does not change even after waiting for a while (several minutes), or if it changes to another color, the VPN connection is not

Q I forgot my user ID and password.

A Excel cannot handle the numerical value with more than 15 digits including decimal point.
